We have a D365 CE (Cloud) customer who has only had Customer Service Pro licenses to date. That meant they could only install the CS Pro solution when setting up their Organisation.
My question is, if they want to upscale their solution to the full CE (Enterprise) suite, can they just procure 1 CS Enterprise license to allow the install of the extra solution or do all of the CS Pro licenses have to be upgraded to Enterprise?

As per contractual agreement, you can't mix Enterprise and Professional users on the same instance. If you plan to keep Professional licenses, make sure that you abide by the contractual requirements.
Therefore, we can only remove the original license and replace it with the new license.
