Firstly, I can't find a place for portal so I hope this space is OK. What is the highest bootstrap version which can be used in the Dynamics 365 Portal?

Yes, this make sense, but this means I am not on the current version, which I was told I was by MSFT!

According to the official article Create a theme for your portal, the current version is v4.1.1.

Hope it makes sense.
