Hi,

Can I, as a dispatcher in Field Service, assign 2 or more techicians on 1 work order without using groups?

Thanks in advance,

Thorir

There are serveral possibilities to do this and there is a very good video from Microsoft out there about exactly that:

Let's say you want 2 resources for 1 hour each. In a nutshell, you could:

    • Create 2 RRs (each 1 hour) and assign them using all the different provided ways (drag&drop, SA, RSO)
    • Create 1 RR (2 hours). Using the mouse select an hour for resource 1 and book it. Repeat for resource 2. Or use the Book button. Once you did this, the fulfilled duration (2 hours) is equal to the planned duration and the RR will disappear from the panel.
