Customer Service Hub - Merge option for lead and other entities

Hi all,

Can any one help me to Enable Merge option for all entities in Customer Service Hub

Merge option is working for Cases but not for lead or Contacts.

Merge option is working in Dynamics 365 CRM for All entities but not in Customer Service Hub?

    Hi Santhosh MTC,

    Capabilities not yet on Unified Interface (Hub)

    There are certain experiences that are currently not available on Unified Interface. We are working to provide these in future releases. We've added an option to switch to classic mode (select Settings gear), which enables easy access to missing experiences in the browser.

    The following are not currently available with Unified Interface:

    • Advanced Find
    • Bulk edit
    • Merge records
