How to give an option for viewing the record after performing Quick create?

Posted on by 155

Hi Guys,

We've just migrated to Dynamics 365 UCI from Legacy and notice that when we do a quick create it would no longer give us the option to view record after doing the quick create, would this be possible on Dynamics 365 UCI? Thanks

On legacy it would look like this after the quick create is done.

Unfortunately, this is by design and isn't configurable. If you think that's gap, please log an idea here: https://aka.ms/PAIdeas

Ow now i see it, Thanks Henry,

Do you know how we could make the toast notification show up at the top portion and not at the bottom portion? Thanks

    Hello Jimmar,

There is in fact a toast notification displayed for a few seconds at the bottom of the screen allowing the user to navigate to the created record after a "Quick Create":
