Can Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Form be used offline?

I am wondering if Dynamics 365 can be used in an offline mode?  I have tried to search for this information, but haven't had much luck.  I am wondering the following:

1. Is this possible (to have CRM work offline)

2. What are the pros and cons of doing this

3. What settings/configurations do I need to make to make this happen?

4.  What should I be concerned about?

    Hi USA80,

    1. It is possible. This article explains how to work offline with Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets.
    2. You can view, edit, and create records while you are disconnected from the Internet. Once you are back online, changes you have made are synchronised with Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement. You have the obvious drawback of not being online, so you will not see changes in the system until you go online again. In addition, you do not have the full experience of working in an online instance.
    3. You will need to enable entities for mobile offline.
    4. Large periods without internet access. You will want to go online regularly to have access to the latest data and push your changes online.
