Email notification from workflow actions to include URL link to record in D365 F&O

Hi all,

Wondering if you can assist with information on how I can embed a URL link within the workflow notification emails sent from D365? Ideally, we would like to have a link directly to the relevant record which requires approval for the relevant workflow action.

We have setup approval requirements which is sending an email based on the workflow notification text eg:

Can we include a URL link here to the journal which requires approval?
