Unable to Restart Microsoft Batch Management service

Hello all,
 
I'm trying to Restart Microsoft Batch Management service but I'm unable to do that, did full build to solve this error but i didn't get any output
please help to solve this issue. Below error I got while restart Microsoft Batch management service.

    You should check the event viewer, you would see the actual error.
     
    It could be due to objects conflicts, missing model reference.

    Hi @Nisha,
     
    To know the source of the problem, you need to see the Event Viewer.
    Also ensure that maintenance mode is deactivated !

    Did you check if storage is not full?
     
    Did you connect recently to any sandbox and missed changing the webroot back? 
     
    Can you check the event viewer for the application so that we can know the logs?

    Did this start to happen after you did a certain development? If yes maybe try to comment it out and try again.
     
    Also does the FO UI work?
