Access timer control value

Hello,

I am trying to capture the value of the time control on a case and copy this to a custom attribute. I have found a few old blogs that suggested .js but this does not work for D365V9. Has anyone found a way to capture the timer control?

Cheers

    RE: Access timer control value

    Hi partner,

In D365 V9.X I also tried the old function "updateTimeDifferenceInSeconds" and it didn't work now.

Then I tried another way, I used "getelementById" to get the innerHtml of the timer control and it worked!

    Here are the code.

    document.getElementById('mytimer').children[0].children[1].innerText

We just need to catch the ID of the timer control in HTML and then use the above code.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,
