Web form sessions not created Power apps Portal

Hi,

I have set up the web form property as below:

Start new session on load:No

Multiple records: no

I want the user to submit only one form in a year.

However I noticed the web form sessions are not created and due to this user is able to create multiple records.

Any idea why the web form sessions are not created even after setting the above properties. 

KINDLY HELP

    We highly recommend users to migrate to PowerUsers community for new Portal questions:

    powerusers.microsoft.com/.../PowerAppsPortals

    I need to run a few tests, but I have the feeling Web Form Sessions are no longer created.. at least in my last tests it didn't.

    In your case I don't think a Web Form Session would help to be honest, I would actually add a Plugin on the creation of your record, and validate if there has already been a record created for the specific year, throwing an exception in case there is already

    If you are coming from an entity list/subgrid, another option is hiding the add button when there is already a record: powerusers.microsoft.com/.../604521

    (I would still add the Plugin though)
