opt in email to new contacts

Hello

I'd like to send an opt-in email to each new contact created in Dynamics. New contacts are set to bulk email = do not allow by default.

This means I can't send a bulk commercial email asking for an opt-in via a subscription center link

I could use a transactional email, but that can't include a subscription centre link.

What do you suggest is the best way to ask new contacts to opt-in in this scenario.

    Hi,

    You can add the field into the marketing form which can be contained in the transactional email.

    Then the recipients can update the "do not allow" to "allow".

    Thanks - this doesn't work for me. When I add a link to a subscription center in a transactional email, I get a red warning message in the email editor and I can't make the email go live.

    You don't need to use the subscription center.

    It can be contained in a landing page form.

    Sorry - I was too quick to respond. Now the Form Hosting tab has appeared I can choose to host as script or iFrame as usual.
