Management Reporter User Guide or Manual?

Does anyone know where I can find a user guide or manual for Management Reporter? Our external CPA used FRX and we just transitioned accounting in-house using Dynamics GP. I called Microsoft and the representative I spoke with said they don't have a guide and the Microsoft Partner we purchased from (Rand Group) didn't have a guide either. I'm trying to get something that will walk me through setting up Financial Statements and a Trial Balance breakout of expense accounts by a particular segment of the COA. Any guidance on where to find such materials would be greatly appreciated. All relevant posts I see are from 2014 or older and none of the links in them work any more. Thanks!
