Hi All,
My boss has asked me to get this setup and I'm not sure where to start.
What he wants is a button on the Cases Ribbon on forms. When I click this button a dialog opens and I can set a date and time and add some text. I will then receive an email at the specified date and time with the text.
Question 1: Is this possible without knowledge in code?
Question 2: Can someone point me to an article or something that could give me an idea of what I need to do?
