Why cant I save basic edits?

I have been making changes on the our new D365 Microsoft Portal for quite some time.

But just recently I am no longer able to make basic text edits. Whether it is to content within a random spot within the <body> or within the top or bottom nav.

Each time I put in the new content or HTML/CSS and click save, I get an error with a different "Error #" everytime. The only work around I have been able to do, which doesn't work %100 percent of the time, is change the name of that particular "content snippet" to something else. Then that section allows me to save my changes.

Is this something that is going to get fixed soon because it causing massive roadblocks.

    Wondering if this is caching related.

    Could you try going to Portal Administration and:

    1) Restart the portal (Portal Actions), then

    2) Running Diagnose and Resolve Problems

    There seems to be a clash of contents.

    Could you share your error message or screen shot so that we could know more about your problem.

    According to your description, I recommend that you could enable the portal error logs and check what caused the problem.
