I have assigned a user a license to access Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition (online version), however they are not seeing the "Dynamics 365 app tile" in their O365 apps page via the online portal https://www.office.com/
Are there additional permissions required, other than assigning a license, so that she can see the link appear and access Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition app online? if so what needs to be done? We have waited over 48 hours, and the link has not been added to the rest of her online Office 365 apps, so she is unable to access the app.
Is this a known issue?
