For item master import you can use,
For Items,
Items(Master data)
For Product,
Product (Master data)
For Product Master
Product master(Master data)

Search for "items" on that page and I believe that is what you need.

@ Arpan, can you let us know if this answers your question? If you need a template for your customer, you can first do an export from an environment to see what columns and field values will be used. As the items will have quite a lot of columns, you can help the customer to remove not used fields.

The entity is InventTable
Entity name is Items.

You can use the Items entity for the released products. It will also create a new global product if it doesn't exist. You only need the other two if you want to import the global products separately.
If the entity isn't available, did you tried to add the entity from the target entities form?
You can Click New > Click on Entity field > search Items.
Once you add the entity, this will bring and add automatically all the related information's for this entity.
