Setting up a Retail Catalog

Hi there,

I want to add products to my catalog but there is no product available.

I have created a call center and added Delivery modes, so I also have setup a hierarchy for retail in organization hierarchy (organization administration module).

I also have a retail category in which I have added few products, that allows me te initialize an assortment, with those products for my channel.

Even if my assortment is "published", I could not find it in the listbox when I'm in the "Add product" form, from my catalog.

This is always empty. So I could not add any product to my catalog. I have my retail channel, my hierarchy, but nothing for assortment.

Does anyone have any tips?

    Hi Yohann Rolland,

    In the product attributes of the channel, have you already tried adding the products to the channel, in addition to setting the category hierarchy to the channel, and publishing the channel updates?

    Sorry, nearly 2 years after creating this issue if I can remember it I cannot remember what solution I figured out... Probably using the default USRT set of data. Thanks anyway I will keep that one open just in case.

    Hi It has been quite some time. I was wondering what is the exact use of catalogs in retail? Is it used only for online channel?
