Hi Folks,
We have a requirement to activate advance bank rec functionality for a bank account that does not offer statements in one of the accepted formats (Australia its BAI2). Client has asked how easy it would be to convert a csv file from bank into the BAI2 Format. Does anyone have any suggestions for this or alternative suggestions?
Thanks
Hi Simon,
You don't necessarily need a BAI2 statement to import bank statements into D365FO.
With electronic reporting you can also use CSV files and import them.
Of course this requires a new setup of an electronic reporting configuration but is doable.
A friend of mine demonstrated this some time ago at an online webinar of the AXUG.
Probably have a look at the recording and/or talk to one of your developers about this electronic reporting alternative.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Thanks Ludwig.
Could you send me a link to the recording possibly

Hi Ludwig
Its saying I am not authorised. I then applied for full membership and the address email bounced .
Simon
I hope you're doing well.
I'm checking in to see if you've been able to get a solution to this requirement.
Hi Benjamin. We managed to create an ER report to convert it. Cheers
