Sometimes missing "Create" button within business process flow phase in Unified Interface

Hi there,

we are using D365 for Sales (on premise) 9.0.13.11 -> with Update 0.13.

Sometimes the "Create" button within a business process flow is missing e.g. when we are in an opportunity record and switch to a quote by "Create" within the bpf.

The user has to be refresh the page a several times and then the buttons appears. Any suggestions or solution?

    every user, every sec role. There is no customization on the button.

    Does this happen in other UCI app?

    Could you please provide an screenshot showing when the button is missing and when the button appears please?

    We only have on UCI app. The screenshot will be german. I'm CRM solution architect. So, I guess this is currently a bug of CRM onpremise.

    Hi, we have found out that the issue always appears when we qualify a lead to an opportunity. Each time the button in the BPF step disappear until we refresh the entire site.

    Hi MaSc4Crm , 


    Thanks for sharing the information. I would try by creating a new app with the same entity to see if the error happens there, also I would try creating a new BPF with similar or equal functionality. If the issue is still happening after this, I would recommend you create a ticket with Microsoft.

    Hi,

    we have already a ticket with Microsoft and they analyse the issue on their systems. Because the issue happens only in the new UI. Within the old web client everything works fine.
