All running system task in Dynamics 365 can't complete.

On the form system tasks, all running system tasks in Dynamics 365 don't change status to completed.

If I cancel all running tasks, all new tasks also can't be completed and have the status "running".

    Do you mean "System Jobs" by "system tasks"?
