SSRS REPORTS - nothing happens when i click on "OK" button

Hi all,

I am facing a very strange problem on generating SSRS reports for a particular userId. SSRS reports are working on other users.

I am trying to generate SSRS report for a particular userId, but nothing happens when i click on "OK" button.

No error, no message,,,nothing..

 

Ax 2012 R3 CU8, SQL 2014

    clear the cache and try for the user.

    Please clear the cache files as per Umesh comments.

    Please also check that user has permission for that report

    I am facing the same when i click ok on the parameter form nothing happens. I have put debug break point in prerunmodifycontract method of the controller class but nothing happened. However the validate method in the contract class is giving response and working. the workaround suggested here of cleaning AX temporary files did not worked for me.  And there is not much help or articles for tracing this issue are available on the internet.

    Hi mnaeembaigAX,

    Is this for one user or for all users?

    Does the DP class have correct name for processReport method. Sometimes if the processReport method name is wrong this will happen.

    Which object do you mapped to output menu item? Controller class or ssrs report design
