Score leads based on Segment Membership

Trying to score leads based on segment membership. Using Entity= Lead.Parent contact.contact_msdyncrm_segment_msdyncrm_segmentmemberid and then Name = Segment Name. However, it's not scoring the lead properly. Any guidance out there?

Hi,

Please refer to the following documentation.

Create lead scoring models (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs

It states that:

There is no 1:N between Contact and Segment, so the relationship will not be shown when the "Lead.Parent contact." is input.

So you have to create such a relationship between them first.
