Modified Business Process Flow, now existing records throw error

Hi all,
I modified an existing, very simple BPF on the Lead entity, now opening any existing record gives me the message /crm.dynamics.com says Hello - This Lead has no FLOW associated with it, CLICK on the 'Process-Switch Process' and select the 'NEW' sales process at the top/. It seems to only be a warning, clicking thru the message allows the BPF to show as i normally does, but my users are going crazy.

The modification I made removed some requirements. I updated, validated, saved my changes, activated the BPF. What did I miss?

Thank you, Haig Liu, I am following the steps outlined in the post you suggested but I ran into one issue. I think I am close, however:
When creating the "Create Record" step, my BPF is not listed as an option to select even though others do show up as choices.
What is different about the BPF that I want to create the association for and/or what can I do to enable it for selection?
Thank you again for your advice!
