The short answer is that msdyncrm_website will remain in your environment after Outbound Marketing is deprecated—but Real-Time Marketing doesn’t use it any longer for web form captures. Instead, you should migrate to the new Marketing Form framework:
1. Create a Marketing Form
In the Dynamics 365 Marketing app go to Marketing execution → Marketing Forms.
Build and publish your form there.
2. Embed on your website
After you publish, copy the provided JavaScript embed snippet and drop it into your site pages (no more direct msdyncrm_website hookups).
3.Trigger your flows
Use the “When a marketing form is submitted” trigger in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing connector for Power Automate. This writes to msdyncrm_marketingform and msdyncrm_marketingformsubmission instead of the old website entity.
By switching to Marketing Forms you’ll preserve your custom Power Automate logic (just update the trigger) and capture submissions reliably in Real-Time Marketing. If you’d like to walk through the steps in your own tenant, I’m happy to help further —just let me know when works for you!
