Not able to install field service solution

Hi,

I cannot see the field service module in my trial that i have created. I saw in solutions in Office 365 that the field service solution is not installed.

I tried to install it but it says, " solution install failed , please try again later".

Can someone please help me with this?

This is exactly what I did. After I click install, it says solution installation failed.

checked here too. it is enabled. still doesnt work. I really am scratching my head trying a lot of things

Hi,

I have seen the same issue.

- I have tried to install field service on a new trial. It does not work.

- I have tried to upgrade field service on an existing sandbox instance. It does not work.

I have raised a ticket with Microsoft.

At the moment, if you are in crm11 or crm4 instance, you are unable to install or upgrade field service.
