I am using CRM 2016 - OnPremise with 8.1 version DB. I would like to restrict activity creation (Phone call, Email, Appointment and so on) privilege of case record for particular security roles. Is it possible to achieve without code. If not whether can achieve through code.
Note: Create privilege of activity restriction should not affect "Resolve" case. Because Resolve is an activity. If we restrict create privilege, the Resolve button will be hiding from the case form
