Restrict data export to specific user for Power BI reports under Visualize this view

We have enabled Visualize this view function for our custom app. One of the user complained that for him it is a problem that some user can export data from those reports. There are some users who should be able to export data but also there are some users who shouldn't be able to export data. Is there a way to restrict data export for this kind of reports?

    Hi,
     
    Power BI admins can restrict download to Excel on the Power BI side by managing it in the Power BI admin portal.
     
    Only users in the security group can export data.
    In the example image below, I can't export the data because I'm not in the security group.

    Hi, thank you for your message.

    So the issue here is that users should have export data privilege for some other PowerBI reports and because of that we cannot disable export function totally. Is there a way to restrict data export only if user is running this feature from CE side, not for all PowerBI reports?

    We have the same issue. We want to disable the Power BI data export inside CE not for the whole Power BI tenant.
