Duplicate Distribution Lines Per Invoice in Receivables Batch After Exporting from Third Party System

Hi,

My receivables team has been experiencing the above issue when exporting invoices from our third-party Warehouse Management System to Dynamics GP.

The Distribution XML is not being consumed in a timely manner by GP which then causes duplicate distribution linesper invoice in GP.

We are using Microsoft Dynamics GP 14.00.0952 (R2)

This issue does not occur 100% of the time, only sporadically.

    Hello,

    Are you using an eConnect procedure to import the XML materials?  If so, which one?
    I'm not aware of any known quality issues with eConnect procedures that would result in duplicated RM distributions but if you can respond with the proc name I can dig further.
    Hopefully there will also be feedback from other users of the 3rd party software in question to lend additional direction.

    Hi Jeff,

    Yes we are using eConnect Integrations Manager. Is that what you were referring to?

    I tried restarting the eConnect and GP import/Export Services on the server in hopes of that making a difference.
