What limitations are there for a Teams user in a Remote Assist session with a HoloLens2 user when the Teams user is on a Mac computer?
Have a look at docs.microsoft.com/.../requirements, the Teams app for Windows is required, on a Mac you will not have the ability to make annotations. Also refer to community.dynamics.com/.../unable-to-see-the-annotation-tab-on-an-ios-system-in-school
Support for annotations in Teams on Mac in calls with D365 Remote Assist has just rolled-out!
Now both Teams PC and Teams Mac support the same feature set wrt. to holographic annotations. (And a reminder that Teams Mobile support annotations in 1:1 calls :) ).
