Is there a way to turn off the 'Microsoft wants your feedback' pop-ups for users?

Posted on by

Hi,

My customer's Dynamics 365 testers are getting the 'Microsoft wants your feedback' pop-ups.  Is there a way to turn these off if a customer doesn't want their users to get these at this time?

Thanks,

Ann.

    Hi ,

You need to set the following setting under Settings=>administration=>privacy preferences

Select option  Never send an an error report to Microsoft.

Not that I am aware of.

May be you can ask MS support team to opt out of feedback gathering in your org. If possible they can do it from the backend.
