Interactive Dashboard with Save Global Filter option

Hi, hope someone can help me out on this:

I use e.g. the Out of the box interactive dashboard "Tier 2 Dashboard" on a couple of instances. On all instances I am an admin.

But, on some instances I have the option to save a personal Global Filter, give it a name and use that later on.

On other instances, the save option is not available at all.

The icons to filter and clear filter are different and the some of the tiles are not the regular rectangle, but squares.

Instance versions are equal to each other, updates are equal, settings are equal and my roles are equal.

Anybody else had this experience and solved it?

    What is the version and region of your D365? Are your security roles the same in these instances?

    In addition, could you provide relevant screenshots?
