    Hi Mark,

It looks like synchronization issue, could you please provide exact error message you got during synchronization ?

    Hi Mark,

    Please check:

_ Model database file must be the same version with AX database (I mean no more or less customization between them), for example: if you backup AX database today, then you do some customize tomorrow and then create the backup of Model database => It will cause some error if we use 2 databases together to create 1 AOS.

_ Try to compile full CIL/Sync all DB and Restart AOS.

    Hi Minh,

I think model store file importing is for avoiding the difference between 2 environment as you said ''no more no less between them is not a correct statement". I am sorry if i got it the wrong way. Could you please help to give more detail

    Regards,

    Mark

    Hi Crispin,

I cannot open AX as it shows the error info log only

This message says that you don't have a column in DB. When you do actual sync you should get error message saying that it could not create or change something, so it should be different. Could you please provide that one ?

    Hi Ievgen,

It is actually same error message as below

    4456.error2.JPG

I have never faced this kind of issue with model store importing before.

What about old way ? Just right click on AOT -> synchronize.

Did you add a field named NTT_INVOICETYPE_DOMESTIC to DIRPARTYTABLE?
