account is locked by an other revaluation process

We have a bank account revaluation process that is locked by another process but have no way of determining what other revaluation process might be running. any help or guidance would be welcome

Hi BB1983,

Maybe the other process is running via a batch job or something got stuck. Have you retried the revaluation process e.g. after 1 or 2 hours? If it is then still locked, then something might be stuck and it would need some troubleshooting. You can then have someone look into your environment or create a support request for Microsoft Support.

Hi BB1983,

You can check if the process is running via a batch job which was not completed. In case you retry it after several hours and you get the same error, there might be something stuck in your environment. In that case, it would need some investigation. Probably you then can create a ticket for Microsoft Support.
