We have a number of PAs, EAs and Team Assistants who need access to perform various tasks in Talent. These could be anything from completing a termination form, inputting absence or other things available through self service.
They basically need to "impersonate" the people or person that they provide the support for. We can't give the PAs, EAs and Assistants access to HR as their access should only mimic the line manager access of the person who they are supporting.
Is this possible in Talent?

Are you looking to give the Team Assistants access to ' manager self service' functionality for the team/manager they are supporting?
With the current setup and possibilities in Talent, I can't see this working..
The only option would be to develop something with a Power-App, or look into the web app ' HR Request'
