Hi Guys,
I noticed that when we migrated on Dynamics 365 UCI, the timeline is a bit different, on our old legacy Timeline it used to look like this.
We used to have a button that would straight away add a Phone call activity however on the new UCI we had to click the + button first and then choose Phone call,
Is there a way i can create a phone call button on the Timeline? Thanks

As of today, you can't add custom buttons to the timeline.
