Why is free trial of D365 - Finance & Operations not enabled

  • I am looking to setup a demo env in azure & also looking at options to create a VM in azure where i can install a standalone version of D365, if possible
  • I see free trial creation option for other modules, 
  • But for D 365 - F&O , instead i see "Request a demo" option. 
  • Is it disabled or , it is available only after requesting a demo.

    It helped.

    I created new trial version and i see the below error.

    Becoz of which Task guides says not found. Any guidance on what is causing the error?

    This has been discussed before, I think it's because of limited functionality in trial environments.

    Thanks Mohit

    Can you share me the guidance doc on how to install the same D365 F&O in

    1) a Virtual Machine in Azure. Wanted to explore api integration options in detail on how to retrieve data out of D365 for downstream systems.

    2) Is there other ways of installing the same in an existing Azure Subscription where we can provide more config and can view data from the store where it is being saved.

    We are looking for best ways to read data in batches and in realtime from D365 F&O modules.

    Point me to relevant direction if someone has already attempted above.

    Appreciate your quick help so far.
