Personalization fields within the Preference Center Form

Is there the option to add personalization fields e.g. First name and Lastname to the Preference Center form within a compliance profile? I do not see the /Fields/ option and when I type text I do not see the personalisation option either.

Personalization fields within the Preference Center Form

Hi,

We have analyzed your issue and tested it, according to our test results / Preference Center / Forms are indeed unable to add custom dynamic fields and have many fewer options compared to normal MKT Forms as shown below.

We checked the official documentation, which mentions that you can customize the form by applying your own CSS and adding custom JavaScript. Please refer to the documentation in the link below.
