Creating custom alerts for Database log

I created a custom alert that will send a notification whenever a new record is created in the database log, but when the new record is created no alert is generated.

I have already enabled the batch jobs change based batch job and due date batch job

Can anyone please help

Hi,

Do you receive any messages once you try with another table like forexample COA with the same batch group?

If not , then this maybe related to the batch groups.

Such a thing was discussed here just a few days ago. Look at How to do action after inserted record in sysdatabaselog table.

In short, there seem to be no way, because the table is populated directly by code in the database, not in the F&O application. That's done to minimize the performance penalty involved in change logging.
