I am getting Inventory dimension warehouse is a primary input/output dimension and must consequently be specified error when trying to register pick list

Did you actually provide the warehouse and site fields? Can you provide some more information about the order entry and pick list process?
I think I found the issue. its missing financial dimensions
Hmm... that's not what the error mentioned. But could be your solution. If you still have issues, don't hesitate to update this post.
