I learnt about the B2B Invitation for D365 CE and a license must be assigned.
If so...
1. How to assign license?
2. What if they are already a D365 CE User?
3. How to administer the license?

Hi,
Do you mean that "You can invite other users to access your Dynamics 365 (online) instance. The Office 365 Global admin can do this through the Azure portal. Invited users can access your Dynamics 365 (online) instance using their own login credentials once a Dynamics 365 license and a security role are assigned to them."?
1. If so, you could assign a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan Enterprise Edition license to the users.
2. If they are already a D365 CE User, you don't need to assign a license to them.
3. You need to administer the license in the Azure portal.
