Unable to enable language

Hello,

I am trying to add an English language to the system and get the following error

Ribbons import: FAILURE: The RibbonDiff(ce148252-505d-e911-a818-000d3ab29172) component cannot be deleted because it is referenced by 6 other components. For a list of referenced components, use the RetrieveDependenciesForDeleteRequest.</Message>

Update:

We reached out to Microsoft and they have helped us resolved the issue. Apparently there's known bug with the language packs right now and their engineers are working on a fix. Meanwhile, they can provide a temporary fix for you in the backend if you reach out.
