I could see most of the Dynamics 365 vertical  has a hub now. Would like to know its difference?

RE: Difference between Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Customer service hub?

    Hi partner,

The Customer Service Hub is a Unified Interface application.

The Customer Service is a Web client application.

Please refer to this article about Unified Interface: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/admin/about-unified-interface

"With the release of Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps version 9.0, we've introduced a new user experience - Unified Interface - which uses responsive web design principles to provide an optimal viewing and interaction experience for any screen size, device, or orientation.

The new Unified Interface brings all the rich experiences to any client that you are using. Whether you are on a browser, tablet, or phone, you will be able to consume similar experiences."

When you log in to D365 on the mobile device, you could only see the Customer Service Hub, not the Customer Service.

When you log in to D365 on your computer web browser, you could use either the Customer Service Hub or the Customer Service.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Lu Hao
