This may be how AX works, but it doesn't seem right. When creating a Sales Order, the default delivery address is populated for the customer. You can then change the address by using the drop down list to the side of the "Delivery Address". This will update the Address and "Delivery Address" fields. But the "Name" is not updated, which is a problem because this is the field that is used on the reports (Pick, pack, and invoice) as the delivery name. I know that I could modify the reports to point to the drop down field, but that seems wrong and I wouldn't think that AX would be designed to take from the wrong field on all forms. Plus, someone else must have noticed this, but I can't seem to find any record of anyone else seeing this issue.

The "Delivery Address" and "Address" change but the "Name" does not. Again, the issue with this is that the "Name" is what shows up on the Packing Slip which causes confusion for the customer and they think they need to forward the shipment to the other facility/Address.
Any help would be appreciated, even if you tell me that this is how it is supposed to work, so that I know that I need to modify all the reports to pull the delivery address name from somewhere else.
