Hi,
when integrating NAV 2009 R2 with CRM 2011 (Rollup 5), the Parent Customer relationship on the contact entity won't integrate at all.
I tried the same mappings in a test environment (test navision and crm installation with sample data) and the relationship integrated like it should (Contacts having Parent Customers).
What could be the cause of this? Could it be there's something wrong with the integration pages in NAV since the mapping looks fine to me.
