I'm looking for a way that when a sales rep is on the phone with a customer for there to be a potential script on questions to ask/things to say/etc. either in the Call view or when making the quote.
I am very new to Dynamics (about a week) and would appreciate any insight!

I am afraid this feature is not available in Dynamics 365 Sales, you need to use Omnichannel for Customer Service/Unified Service Desk:
