while checking the log extracted from event viewer, i find that there are below points.
Level: Error
Source: MSCRMTracing
Event ID: 17203
in the general section i find below description.
Invalid Trace Directory.Additional Info:[Invalid Trace directory(Reporting Process: Trace Directory is NULL.TraceSettings:)] etc etc.
can anyone help me in understanding this.

I don't know if this is causing issue or something else , but i find that sometimes the track buttons gets disabled or sometimes these buttons gets disappear .
what could be the actual cause of this ,one more error i find that
Context= something went wrong while trying to communicate with Dynamics 365.
do you experts confirm if it is because of the network connectivity issue.?
