Avaya integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM through Omnichannel CTI

Hello Team,

We are having Avaya and Omnichannel License. Do we have Omnichannel CTI to connect from MS Dynamics to Avaya? We need to call customer from MS CRM directly.
