Can't send On-demand suvery from Dynamics Customer Service: Status Reason keeps showing "Sending".

Hi,

I've created a survey for our CRM and try to enable on-demand send and Power Automate send. 

After testing, the Power automate send works fine, "Invite" and "Response" shows in Timeline. 

But on-demand send doesn't work: Advanced Find - "CV send survey history" shows that my request keeps in "Sending" status reason.

I did the test on the same survey template, same Case, and same Contact. Nothing different.

And no records found in "CV survey invite". Seems like something goes wrong transferring a survey request into a real survey invite.

Does anybody have the same problem?
