    Hello CU10031107-0,

You've purchased the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan, which gives you access to several core applications within the Dynamics 365 suite. Here's how to access your CRM and Sales portals, along with helpful reference links:

Accessing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps (CRM/Sales):
    1. Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
      • First, you'll need to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
      • Go to: https://admin.microsoft.com/
      • Log in with your administrator credentials.
    2. Dynamics 365 Apps:
      • In the Admin Center, navigate to "Show all" and then "All apps".
      • You should see the Dynamics 365 apps listed.
      • Or you can simply go to: https://home.dynamics.com/
    3. Selecting Your App:
      • You'll likely see various Dynamics 365 apps, such as:
        • Dynamics 365 Sales
        • Dynamics 365 Customer Service
        • Dynamics 365 Marketing (if included)
        • And others.
      • Click on the "Sales" app to access the Sales portal (your CRM).
      • Once you are in the sales app, you can use the app selector in the upper left hand corner of the screen, to select other apps that are available to you.
    4. Direct URL (If Known):

    Reference Links:
    Key Points:
    • Your Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan provides access to multiple apps.
    • Use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or Dynamics 365 home page to access your apps.
    • Microsoft Learn is your primary resource for documentation.

I hope this helps you get started!

Have you deployed any Sales environments yet?
There is still some leg work to do after you buy the licenses.

If so, you can follow this video for guidance on how to at least quickly get a test environment up and running.

However, my advice is to discuss with a CRM expert before you begin to deploy production environments.
