Hi,

My client's users need to test marketing services without the right to send emails into customer journeys.
How to block the sending of emails from the test environment ?

Hi Fa,

When sending a marketing email with the “Send Now” button, it will create a Customer Journey automatically. So if you’d like to block the sending, just remove this user's privilege to create a Customer Journey.

Go to Advanced Settings > Settings > Security > User and tick the user you logged in to check the security role of the user.

Go to Advanced Settings > Settings > Security > Security Role to check the privileges of the security role.

Remove the privilege of creating a Customer Journey.

Then the user will be not able to send a Marketing Email.
